Before becoming a professional home organizer, I was a consultant for the Institute for Community Inclusion at UMass Boston, training leaders in AmeriCorps and other service programs on including volunteers with disabilities. I have also worked as an event coordinator for low-income seniors. I served as Director of Administration on the National Association of Professional Organizers – New England chapter (NAPO-NE) and have a BA in Cultural Anthropology and Art History from the University of Michigan.
In September 2012, I was named Rookie of Year by my fellow professional organizers at the NAPO New England chapter award dinner. I am so honored at the recognition, and wanted to say thank you to the many wonderful clients, friends and mentors who helped me get there.
